REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least an Associate Degree in Business Studies or similar field
  • Certification in Customer Service & Supervisory Management
  • Has a driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
  • Must be computer literate and possess strong organizing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently
  • must be reliable and responsible
  • Display the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in sales and services. Experience in the Automotive and/or Industrial field would be a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Officer’s overall responsibility and duty involves attending to customer’s requests by identifying the required product or services, processing the sale and coordinating the retrieval of products from the warehouse, or repairs for the workshop and delivering them back to the customer. The Customer Service Officer also provides general supervision of the sales floor, including the customer service representatives, and also maintains a relationship and physical presence with customers within the region. This will include visiting customers bringing the job back to the workshop and coordinating the delivery of completed jobs.
