Requirements

The successful applicant must have the following:

• 2 CXC passes including Mathematics and English
• At least 2 years experience as a Security Officer
• Be between the age of 25-45
• Clean Police Record

Having a valid PSRA would be an asset.
Please note the salary range is between 65k and 85k, Considerations above this range will only be considered for individuals who are trained and maintain a valid PSRA certification.

• Have at least three (3) years of experience in sales and services. Experience in the Automotive and/or Industrial field would be a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative’s overall responsibility and duty involves greeting customers and attending to their requests by identifying the required product or services, processing the sale and coordinating the retrieval of products from the warehouse, or repairs for the workshop and delivering them back to the customer.

• Should be physically able to lift and move heavy items.
• Certificate or diploma in Engineering or a similar level of training from HEART or any recognized institution.
